# Countly-hosted Subprocessor List

Last updated November 4, 2026. Applies to Countly Enterprise (Countly-hosted).

This page lists the Sub-processors that may Process Customer Data on Countly's behalf under our Countly-hosted Data Processing Agreement (countly.com/legal/enterprise-hosted-dpa). Our Enterprise Privacy Policy (countly.com/legal/enterprise-privacy) describes the providers Countly uses for contracts, billing, support and communications with enterprise customers; they are not engaged to Process Customer Data, so please share Customer Data with us only through the support portal or SendSafely. Providers used on countly.com are listed in Website Service Providers (countly.com/legal/website-providers). If you have questions about this list, please contact us at security@count.ly.

Data processing agreements signed before October 20, 2026 list Google Cloud as the only Sub-processor; customers who signed them receive 30 days' notice of the other entries on this list under section 4.2 of those agreements.
