We’re already planning to elevate Journeys further, adding capabilities like remote config customization, dynamic event triggering, and webhooks to connect seamlessly with your external systems. This means we’ll not only respond to your data but also generate valuable insights for you.

Content Builder: Crafting Seamless Messaging

Alongside Journeys, we’re introducing Content Builder—a flexible tool that enables us to create fully customizable in-app messages for you. Supporting iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and web applications from day one, we provide interactive layouts, action buttons, and localization options. While it starts with in-app messaging, our vision is to expand it to surveys, push notifications, and emails, offering you a unified content hub within Countly.
