How does Countly Flex pricing work?
Countly Flex uses a usage-based pricing model designed to scale with your needs. Plans are based on monthly active users (MAUs) and data points (DPs).
You can start with a trial to explore Countly Flex and its core analytics capabilities. A credit card is required to begin the trial.
As your needs grow, you can move to a higher tier or add optional features and services based on your requirements. This modular approach helps you tailor Countly Flex to your usage, feature needs, and support expectations.
Countly Flex is deployed in a private cloud region of your choice, supporting data residency and compliance requirements. Hosting costs may vary depending on the selected region.
Do I get upgraded to paid tiers automatically?
We do not automatically upgrade your tier. You choose the best tier for your needs and budget. If you exceed your tier’s monthly usage limit, your server access will be temporarily locked until the next cycle. We highly recommend always upgrading to a tier that ensures uninterrupted access to your server for the full Flex experience.
How do I get support from you with my Flex account?
Flex users can get help through our Discord community, where you can ask technical questions, connect with other Countly users, and stay up to date with product news.
Depending on your Countly Flex tier, additional support options are also available. These may include paid support packages and a dedicated Customer Success Manager for higher tiers.
I need to self-host, do you offer a solution?
Yes, we got you! If you are an enterprise organization, self-hosted version of Countly Enterprise is right for you. If you are looking for an open-source, light version of Countly for individual contributors, go with Countly Lite.
